【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsand/ormeasurestoremovethehazardsandlimittherisksongeneralpurposemanuallycontrolledhorizontalorverticalspindleturningmachineswhichmayhavelimitedorunlimitedautomaticcontrolwhichareintendedtoworkcoldmetalandhereinafterreferredtoas"machines".Thisstandardcoversallsignificanthazards,whicharelistedinclause4.Thestandardalsoappliestoancillarydevices(e.g,tools,chuck,workpiecehandlingdevicesandswarfhandlingequipment)whichareintegraltothemachines.Thisstandardalsoincludeinformationtobeprovidedbythemanufacturertotheuser.ThisstandarddoesnotapplytoNCturningmachineswhichareintendedforuseasautomaticproductionmachineswherethemanualcontrolisonlyfortheprincipalpurposeofsettingthemachineupforautomaticproduction(seeprEN12415andprEN12478).Whereadditionalprocessesareinvolvedthisstandardcanbetakenasabasis(seealsoannexBibliography).Thisstandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.
