【摘要】:ThisEuropeanTechnicalReportprovidesguidanceonassessingthepotentialignitionhazardfromtheinadvertentextractionofenergyfromelectromagneticfields,propagatedfromcommunication,radarorothertransmittingantennastoplantwhereapotentiallyflammableatmospheremaybepresent.ThefrequencyrangecoveredbythisEuropeanTechnicalReportis9kHzto60GHz.ThisEuropeanTechnicalReportdoesnotapplytosimilarhazardsarisingfromelectromagneticfieldsgeneratedbyothermeans,suchaselectricstorms,electricitygeneratinginstallationsorotherradiatingelectricalequipment,nordoesitapplytoanyhazardarisingwithintelecommunicationorotherelectronicequipment.NOTE1Themethodsofassessmentfrom9GHzto60GHzarebasedonextrapolationofdataforfrequenciesbelow9GHz.NOTE2TheignitionofdustisnotcoveredinthisEuropeanTechnicalReport.ThisEuropeanTechnicalReportalsoprovidesadviceonhowtomitigatethehazardincaseswheretheassessmentindicatesthatahazardmayexist.ThisEuropeanTechnicalReportdoesnotcoverthehazardsassociatedwiththeuseofelectro-explosivedevices(EED)(seeCLC/TR50426),orthebiologicalhazardsofexposuretoRFfields.
