【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishestheprinciplesandspecifiestheproceduresfordevelopingTypeIIIenvironmentaldeclarationprogrammesandTypeIIIenvironmentaldeclarations.ItspecificallyestablishestheuseoftheISO14040seriesofstandardsinthedevelopmentofTypeIIIenvironmentaldeclarationprogrammesandTypeIIIenvironmentaldeclarations.ThisInternationalStandardestablishesprinciplesfortheuseofenvironmentalinformation,inadditiontothosegiveninISO14020.TypeIIIenvironmentaldeclarationsasdescribedinthisInternationalStandardareprimarilyintendedforuseinbusiness-to-businesscommunication,buttheiruseinbusiness-to-consumercommunicationundercertainconditionsisnotprecluded.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotoverride,orinanywaychange,legallyrequiredenvironmentalinformation,claimsorlabelling,oranyotherapplicablelegalrequirements.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotincludesector-specificprovisions,whichmaybedealtwithinotherISOdocuments.Itisintendedthatsector-specificprovisionsinotherISOdocumentsrelatedtoTypeIIIenvironmentaldeclarationsbebasedonandusetheprinciplesandproceduresofthisInternationalStandard.
